Provide two (2) insulated transport cabinets, non-heated-FWE Model ETC UA 13 INS,

holds 18 X 26” trays or 12” X 20” steam table pans, spacing 4.5”, high density fiberglass

insulation throughout top, back, bottom sides, and door.

Options: heavy duty push/pull handles.

Provide 1Tray Stand, COLORPOINT Model 28-RTS as manufactured by Low Temp Industries,

Inc. Furnish with standard features as follows:

Top to be 30" wide and fabricated from minimum of 14 gauge stainless steel, with square

turndown on all sides and corners fully welded, ground and polished. Top to have #4 satin finish

and all edges having #7 hi-lite finish.

Body to be seamless molded fiberglass (F.R.P.) with smooth exterior surfaces and rounded

corners. All fiberglass to be flame retardant per specification ASTM E-162 having a flame spread

of 25 or less.

4" diameter, ball bearing, swivel type casters to be non-marking with brakes on all wheels.

Casters to be mounted with exterior & interior bracing for maximum stress relief.

Color to be DETERMINED.

All equipment to be built in accordance with the Underwriters Laboratories. Inc. and the National
